How do I book?
Pick a service, choose a time from the calendar, and leave your name and a contact detail. You'll get a confirmation email straight away and a reminder the day before. There's no account to make and nothing to download.
How do I pay?
A $20 deposit secures your booking — Jessie arranges it with you directly after you book, and it's non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. The rest is paid in person, cash preferred, when your set is done.
Can a parent book for their child?
Yes, and most do. Book in the child's name so the appointment is under the right person, and put your own email or number down as the contact. Parents are welcome to stay for the appointment.
How long does a set last?
A Gel-X set usually holds about three weeks. It depends a lot on what your hands do all day — washing up, sport, and biting are the three things that end a set early.
What should I do before I come?
Come with clean, polish-free nails if you can manage it. If you have an old set that needs taking off, add a soak off when you book — removing your own set is cheaper than removing another tech's.
What if I need to cancel or move my appointment?
There's a link in your confirmation email that cancels or reschedules without needing to message anyone. Please use it as early as you can, so the time opens back up for someone else.
What if a nail breaks or lifts?
Get in touch and I'll fix it. Anything that chips or lifts within 48 hours is fixed free — after that, repairs are $3 a nail.
Can I bring a picture of what I want?
Please do. It's much easier to work from a picture than a description, and I'll tell you honestly whether I can do it at the length and shape you're after.
Do you do nails for events?
Yes, but book early. Weekends before a dance, a birthday, or a school event fill up first, and I'd rather not rush a set that has to photograph well.
